Yes! Graphics are included with our Signature Magazine Box rental. Digital prints, custom logos,
and custom color may be subject to additional fees. Send in your own design or we can assist
you with customization after the item is reserved.
Yes! We travel outside of Richmond, VA and Virginia Beach. Rental orders over 30 miles outside of our home locations may be subject to additional travel fees and/ or spending limits.
Yes! We create custom and/or theme specific rental items. Please fill out the custom rental request form or email us details to receive a quote.
Unfortunately, no. We do not build or sell any rental inventory items.
All rental items require delivery and setup by GNS staff only. However, we do allow pickup of
columns, furniture, and small inventory items that do not require electrical wiring.
No. We kindly ask that clients or guests do NOT relocate rental items after they are already set
up in the desired location. This is to avoid any potential damage or disconnection of wiring.
Please keep in mind we consider our rental items as structures, and they are built for durability.
Your delivery fees ensure proper assembly from our staff who are trained to handle and
maintain the quality of our rentals.
We do not offer refunds, however, if a client needs to reschedule or cancel an event they can
receive a credit for a future date. Cancellations or rescheduled orders after the rental items have
already been delivered will be forfeited and you will not receive a credit.
Most of our rental items can be set up outdoors, but they cannot get wet. In the event there may
be potential rain, we recommend items be placed underneath a covered and dry location to
avoid water damage.
The outdoor events fee is required for all outdoor events. This fee covers any additional
hardware needed to protect and stabilize the rental items on uneven surfaces and reinforce
against high wind gusts. This fee does not cover damage related to outdoor events.
